The cottage is one mile from an unspoilt cove and magnificent cliffs, which the Cornish coastal path traverses.
Tivoli Cottage is a traditional Cornish Cottage, set in a delightful and secluded garden in a quiet rural location. The cottage sleeps 4/6 and is available all year.
There are two bedrooms upstairs - one with a double bed and the other with full size bunk beds.
Downstairs is a lovely sitting room with a multi-fuel stove set in a granite inglenook fireplace. There is a TV/video/DVD, and a comfortable 4ft 6in sofa-bed in this room.
The kitchen has a dining alcove and is equipped with an electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
The bathroom is beyond a small lobby, which houses a washer/dryer machine, which leads off the kitchen.
At the front of the cottage is a south facing conservatory opening on to the garden which surrounds the cottage on three sides.
Electricity is on a meter. £1 coins required.
Storage and space heaters are installed.
All beds have pillows and quilts, but guests need to provide their own bed linen and towels.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Many beautiful beaches are very accessible - a number of these are well known for surfing.
The pretty fishing village of Porthleven is 2.5 miles away, where there are several excellent restaurants and pubs.
There are many activities and interesting places to visit all within easy reach and to suit every taste.
