Tredeanne is located in an idyllic position with superb views of the surrounding coastal area. It is a few minutes walk from the South West Coast path. Carne beach is sandy and at low tide is ideal for beach activities of all kinds, it can be reached ether by walking or a short drive by car.

Tredeanne is a detached bungalow with 2 bedrooms, which is situated in the hamlet of Carne, on the Roseland Peninsula, overlooking Carne beach. It sleeps 4 comfortably, is not overlooked and is surrounded by its own garden.

Tredeanne is approached down a track. There is parking for 2/3 cars. A path leads down to the garden and house. The front door opens directly onto an open plan living space consisting of sitting, dining and kitchen areas. The sitting area has a large sofa and two other chairs, a coffee table, TV and video. It is a bright and airy space with a fantastic view of the bay, beach and the surrounding coastal area. Patio doors open onto a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a single drainer sink, an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as necessary crockery utensils etc.. The dining table separates the kitchen from the sitting area.
The two bedrooms open off this room, one with a double bed and the other with two singles which can be zipped together giving the opportunity of another large double bed if required. This room also has a cupboard which houses the electric meter, hot water tank with emersion heater, water pump and switch, and has a hanging rail. There is also a “Z” bed.
The bathroom contains a shower cubicle, basin and toilet.
Heating is by a stand alone electric fire plus wall heaters in all rooms. Which is coin operated.
There are many pleasant walks to be had locally and the South West coast path is virtually on your door step.
Carne beach is a very good sandy beach, which at low tide is ideal for beach games, and has many rock pools to explore.
Tredeanne is close to the villages of Veryan and Portloe. Veryan with its characteristic round houses, pub and village shop is approximately 1 mile away by car or a pleasant walk across fields following the footpath. Portloe, a similar distance away by car, or a strenuous morning’s walk along the SW coastal path, lies on the coast and its harbour is surrounded by traditional Cornish cottages and pub.

DIRECTIONS
From St Austell follow the Truro road (A390) taking a left hand turn towards Tregony, (B3287) proceed to Tregony and through the village. At the T junction at the bottom of the hill turn left towards St Mawes (A3078) and follow the road as far as the Esso garage. Turn left here along the Veryan road and follow this until the sign for Carne is reached. Turn left and proceed past the turnings for Veryan and Portloe, Nare Head and a riding school. A short distance after this where the road turns sharply to the right take the left hand turning which will be into the hamlet of Carne. The road soon bears to the left but directly in front is a track on which Tredeanne is the first gateway on the right.
