Situated in Pentire and overlooking Fistral beach, the property enjoys views over the Atlantic Ocean to Trevose Head. The town and golf course are approached via the beach, or are a few minutes away by car. Prices are inclusive of heating, lighting, linen and complimentary champagne and chocolates.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen has a range of fitted work surfaces with cupboards beneath, including an integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, mini-dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob.
Wall cupboards are illuminated and there is a radio/cd player.
Lounge/Diner
In the lounge/diner are two large leather sofas, a dining table and chairs, 28” Sony flat screen television with Freeview, and a Panasonic home theatre system with DVD, CD and Radio.
The sliding patio door opens onto the balcony and overlooks the swimming pools, which are heated and illuminated from May to September, giving magnificent views over Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf Course.
Also there are far reaching views over the Atlantic Ocean and North Cornwall coastline extending some nine miles to Trevose Head and lighthouse.
Master Bedroom
This first floor double bedroom is fitted with a built-in wardrobe and overhead cupboards, bedside drawers and a radio/alarm.
There are twin vanity units with overhead lighting and a shaver socket.
The room has full height/width windows, with a remote controlled electric curtain rail. It overlooks the swimming pools (heated and illuminated from May to September), and enjoys magnificent views
over Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf Course.

Second Bedroom
Situated on the first floor, this large double bedroom is equipped with a fully fitted wardrobe, large storage closet, overhead cupboards, a bedside cabinet with radio/alarm, and a built-in dressing table.
An electronic safe is also available.
Basement Bedroom
This room has a restricted height ceiling (approximately 5’ 10”) and is furnished with two single beds, a freestanding wardrobe, tallboy, and bedside drawers with touchlights and radio/alarm.
Bathroom
The luxury fully tiled bathroom has a computer controlled spa bath, shower enclosure with water massage jets and foot massage.
There is also a heated towel rail, a vanity unit with overhead lighting, shaver socket, cupboard and drawers, and a large separate storage closet.
Twin roof skylights give natural light.
Swimming Pools

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Cornwall is now firmly part of the world class scene; the famous Eden Project, The Tate Modern, Rick Stein’s highly acclaimed restaurants and seafood school, The National Maritime Museum, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall, and the sophisticated and elegant city of Truro.
It is perhaps, those wonderful Atlantic rollers that have ultimately helped to put Cornwall so firmly on the map, making it the UK’s capital of surf and its centre for emerging new water sports – with Newquay at its heart.
