LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Hayle is a working fishing port, there are plenty of restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes and friendly shops within walking distance.
The estuary is a nature reserve where many rare birds may be seen.
Hayle is the ideal location for walking the coastal path and for visiting many of the attractions and activities that West Cornwall has to offer: The Eden Project, The Tate Gallery at St Ives, The National Maritime Museum Falmouth, golf, bowling and karting just to name a few.....or just relax on the sandy beaches.
The vibrant town of St Ives is just a 10-15 drive along the coast. Here you can stroll through its quaint cobbled streets and around the picturesque harbour savouring the 'olde worlde' life style that it is so famous for. St Ives still remains a working fishing port and the fishermen with their boats still remain a popular site. There also boat trips to Seal Island.
Penzance is a 15min drive. You can stroll around the town, relax on the beaches or visit Marazion or St Michael's Mount (NT), located a short distance along the coast. Trips to the Isles of Scilly can be arranged at the heliport or the harbour at Penzance.
Lands End should also be visited for its wonderful rugged coastline.
Single sex groups will not normally be excepted.
