Superb location set on the beach at Portholland, surrounded by the Caerhays Estate and Its name,"The Boat House", originates from its history and position. Guests have free access to the Castle gardens being one of Britain's Great Gardens, a spring time paradise, and horticultural treasure trove.

The Boat House comprises two levels with reversed accommodation taking full advantage of the magnificent views.

Open-plan with a light and airy theme of light wood floors and relaxing nautical fabrics, portraying its beach side location.
Kitchen;
Open plan,with every modern appliance catering for all your needs. Including dishwasher, microwave, fridge and separate freezer,and washer/dryer.
Master Bedroom;
Main double bedroom with en suite shower room, glorious fabrics and views towards the beach.
Twin Bedroom;
Two single beds, again extremely high finishes, with views to the beach.
2nd Bathroom;
With bath,providing the retreat with a bathroom as well as separate shower room off the main bedroom.
Extras;
The Boat House has private parking for one car,located to the front of the retreat, other vehicles may park on the quay.
BBQ (portable) to use or carry to the beach,its location is so close to the beach, one would guess that would be the perfect place for guests to relax and watch little ones play.
