LAVENDER COTTAGE, EAST LOOE, CORNWALL
Situated on the doorstep to East Looe beach this beautifully equipped large family home is in prime position to attract anyone wishing to stay in the hub of Looe where it nestles amongst the shops, pubs/restaurants and is a stone's throw from Looe harbour where you can watch the local fishermen at work, take a fishing trip or coastal cruise. Furnished to a very high standard and boasting on site parking space, this is a must to be considered as the location and accommodation is highly recommended. Sleeps 6.
FARM, HERODSFOOT, NR LOOE, CORNWALL
This is a 3 bedroom cottage set in the heart of woodland and gardens which extend to 8 acres in all. Bordered by a stream and surrounded by totally natural and unspoilt grounds. This cottage is a must to be considered with its exposed beams,open log fire and spacious family accommodation. Set within the heart of Herodsfoot about 15 minutes from both Looe with its pubs/restaurants, shops and beaches and quaint, typically Cornish fishing village of Polperro. Sleeps 5.

MAYFLOWER APARTMENT, EAST LOOE, CORNWALL
This spacious and centrally located apartment in East Looe is ideal for families or couples wishing to spend their holiday in the hub of Looe, where you can walk out to many shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities with ease. This homely, comfortable, light and airy apartment provides large family size accommodation and although sleeps 8, provides ample living quarters to enable everyone to enjoy "their own space". A stone's throw from East Looe's sandy beach and harbour will ensure you take in everything that Looe has on offer, even the sun lounge overlooks Looe Harbour where you can watch the fishermen sorting their catch, with views across to West Looe so the ambience of this lovely fishing town surrounds your living accommodation. This accommodation is ideal for those who enjoy (or would like to try fishing), walking where many scenic walks are on the doorstep, or alternatively is a 1/2 hour drive from the city of Plymouth for your shopping needs. This spacious light and airy property provides ample family sized accommodation and lies in the heart of West Looe, very close to pubs, convenience stores and West Looe's harbour where you can catch a boat taxi across to East Looe or stroll 5 minutes with wonderful river scenery to East Looe where all the pubs, shops, restaurants and East Looe's sandy beach are found. The Gatehouse offers fabulous contemporary style reverse level accommodation. Downstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom with a large ensuite with bath, shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Another spacious twin bedded room is available with views down over West Looe, along with bedroom 3 boasting adult sized bunk beds. A family bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. also on the ground floor, with another separate w.c. Upstairs there is a fabulous spacious lounge, with contemporary feature fireplace again with superb views down to the harbour, with open plan dining area, kitchen boasting all usual extras, leading to the utility room which has another w.c. within this room. A sun lounge leading out to 1st floor level affords views down to the river. The property has been renovated to a high standard and the furnishings are tasteful and reflect a high degree of thoughtfulness for any family wishing to totally relax.

This huge Victorian end terraced property boasts vasts amounts of wealth and character second to none. Spacious, versatile and offering beautiful views across Shutta of the estuary and surrounding woodlands. This property has been extensively refurbished yet retains all the character one would expect of this period residence. Ingeldene is situated on the fringes of East Looe and provides a quick access into Looe where you will be greeted with its many shops, pubs restuarants and East Looe's sandy beach and harbour. This property boasts a living room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, downstairs shower room, utility room, 5 bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. Outside of the property there is parking for 3 vehicles and a patio area with table and chairs ensuring you can take in this quiet area and wonderful views to the front of the property and plenty of space for sunbathing. LOOE
The twin towns of East and West Looe face each other across the river and are joined by a bridge with 7 arches dating back to the early 19th century. East Looe beach is fantastic for families with its safe swimming, golden sand and Banjo Pier.
West Looe beach, (Hannafore) boasts extensive rock pools, panoramic views across to St. George’s Island and Looe bay. Fancy an all day wreck fishing trip, or just a 1/2 hour zoom around the bay in a speed boat? Alternatively, how about taking a glass bottom boat trip around St. George’s Island? All is at hand when you visit the delightful town of Looe, with its endless stream of traditional pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. Looe offers something for everyone, be it couples wanting to “get away from it all” or a much needed family holiday. Whether holidaying in the Summer or Winter, Looe offers the perfect holiday atmosphere.
POLPERRO
A maze of lanes and alleyways all leading down to a truly picturesque and unspoilt harbour, still a working port where at high tide, fishermen unload their catch. There are shops and art and crafts galleries, together with good pubs and restaurants aplenty. For those of you who enjoy walking and taking in breathtaking views, there is a wonderful walk along the coastal path to Looe, passing through Talland Bay en route. Polperro also being perfect for romantic weekends or treasured family breaks. Fishing trips and scenic boat trips to Fowey are also available. Polperro retains the true character and charm of a traditional fishing village and is truly a slice of Cornish beauty.
