'Ashtrees' is a fifteen minute walk from central St Ives with its golden beaches, shops, restaurants and Tate Gallery.
'Ashtrees' is a charming one bedroom self-contained ground floor flat in the popular town of St Ives.
Accommodation consists of one double ensuite bedroom with shower hairdryer. Patio doors enters the lounge and kitchen/diner with all amenities including built in cooker, microwave, sofa bed, iron TV/video/dvd and gas central heating.
Linen is provided unles otherwise advised.
There is private parking on the premises.
Electricity and heating is included in the price.
Bookings are taken with a 50% deposit of the rate. The remainder of the payment will be due in 28 days prior to arrival. Cheques are to be made payable to Mrs P. Oates.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment
