DIRECTIONS
- On approaching Penzance, at the 3rd roundabout which is just past the heliport and adjacent to Tescos, take the second turn signed posted Lands End/A30 to avoid the town centre. You will cross 3 roundabouts as you skirt around the edge of town. As you leave the vicinity of Penzance heading into countryside towards Lands End take the left turn signposted to Newlyn.

- At the crossroads in the centre of Newlyn, go straight ahead (signposted Mousehole). Follow this road as it runs past the fish market and harbour. The road rises steeply at the far side of the harbour. Pass the Red Lion Public House and then The Fisherman’s Arms (both on the right hand side).

- After passing the Fisherman’s Arms the road narrows into a one way system for 50 metres, take the very sharp hairpin right turn uphill at the end of this oneway street and then an almost immediate left turn onto Bowjey Hill. The car park (Gwithial Gwavas Carpark) is immediately on your left after the inconspicuous pedestrian path along the front of Carn Gwavas Terrace. Park in slot 4 (path to cottage straight ahead).

- The cottage is reached by walking along the pedestrian path (100 metres) to the seaward side of the car park. Lookout Cottage has a plaque on the wall by the front door!

- Please remember to display the parking permit at all times. Please put the keys and car pass through the letterbox as you leave after your stay in order to receive a refund of the security deposit.
