Rose Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 good sized bedrooms. The property boasts a large rear garden with barbeque area and patio for long summer evening or breakfast.
Rose Cottage is a beautiful old fashioned mining cottage near the centre of the quiet, picturesque little village of St Newlyn East. It has been tastefully modernised and is furnished to a high standard throughout.

From the front entrance into a small hallway.
Leads into:
A comfortable lounge, fully carpeted, with television, video, DVD. Hi-Fi. Selection of books, DVD's, videos, games.
Dining area, fully carpeted with large pine dining table and French dresser. Ample seating. Fitted kitchen equipped to a very high standard, includes: Electric cooker, Microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer. Generous supply of crockery, utensils etc.
Utility room with additional toilet and shower room.
The utility room leads into a large lawned rear garden, decking, garden furniture, BBQ.
First floor: Fully carpeted
Main bedroom: Four poster bed, wardrobe, bedroom furniture
2nd bedroom: Twin with wardrobe and furniture
Family bathroom: Large bath, shower attachment, toilet.
Guests are requested not to smoke in the house. There are no facilities for pets
The property is available all year round and short 3 day breaks can be accommodated out of season. Why not enjoy a Christmas or New Year Break! A cozy get away from it all.
We'll provide you with the winter fuel and a real christmas tree.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
St Newlyn East is situated within a 10 min. drive of Newquay, yet is only a 5 min. drive from the main A30. An ideal location for both those wishing to enjoy north Cornwall beaches or explore the whole of County. You really don't have to go far for great food as St Newlyn East has a very good pub which serves food and welcomes children. Plus a well stocked shop and one of the best butchers in the county for your barbeque.
St Newlyn East is right in the heart of Cornwall with the furthest points East and West of the county only 45 minutes away by car. Newquay is the closest town with all your amenities plus great attractions like the zoo and aquarium, both well worth a visit. It also had world class beaches for surfing and watersports.
Truro is a beautiful cathedral city with plenty of bars, shop and restaurants and a quarter of of and hours drive away. The beautiful beach at Holywell is a five minute drive where you will also find a golf course and fun park.
The Eden project is 30 minutes away plus many other attractions including Dairyland with indoor play area and Lappa Valley Railway.
