This newly furnished 3-bedroom beach bungalow, has been created with a contemporary style allowing you to take full advantage of the amazing un-interrupted views, of St. Ives Bay.
Riviere Sunset Holidays offers a newly furnished beach front property. The property is located just 100ft from 3 miles of golden sands at Hayle Beach. The interior combines both a modern and contemporary style which creates a living area to suit all.
The natural stone, wood and metal add a soft touch to the clean lines.
The beach property is of brick construction and has double glazed windows throughout. The whole of the beach bungalow has electric heating throughout. The garden area has outdoor seating available for those who desire outdoor eating and relaxing.
The living area contains adequate seating that allows for both relaxing and planning. The living area is equipped with flat-screen television, DVD player and a range of satellite channels.
Translucent blue bricks and blue tinted glass patio door create a soothing environment especially during the period of sunrise.
The Kitchen area is airy and open plan. Allowing interaction with the adjacent living area. The facilities available are comprehensive, and include a selection of electrical appliances, such as: Fridge/Freezer, built in Fan Oven, Microwave; and Electrical Cooking Hobs. Cooking utensils are provided for your convenience. There is adequate storage capacity.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast bar / dining area offering views of the scenic bay and shoreline. Breakfast has never been more relaxing.
This Riviere Sunset Holidays property has the capacity to accommodate 5 people, containing three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, and the third bedroom contains one single bed.
All bedrooms are customised with clean details and adequate room, with built in wardrobe. Included within each of the double bedrooms are personal washbasin and mirrored vanity storage units. Bedside tables, heating and lighting are also included.
Rugs are placed on the flooring in each bedroom to create a perfect start to the day. There is the option to use the heating system provided, and hence maintain the desired internal temperature.
The flooring throughout the beach bungalow is of high quality teak laminate.
The Bathroom area has been designed with functionality in mind, and furnished to a high standard. Key features include Power Shower within a standing cubicle. The wash basin and vanity surface are large enough for helping you get dressed up and prepared for an evening meal at one of the local sea view restaurants. Further furnishing includes storage cabinets and a heated towel rail.

Travelling to Hayle by Road
Directions.
Take the A30, following signs to Launceston, Redruth and Penzance.
At Loggans roundabout follow signs into Hayle. This will be the fourth junction.
Continue across the double mini roundabout.
Turn right opposite the Jet Petrol Station towards Towans and beaches.
