Dolphin (Sleeps 6 + Cot) is single storey spacious 3 bedroomed semi-detatched property adjoining Mermaid. The entrance hall leads to the 24ft open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is fully furnished and enjoys views across Porthkidney Sands to St Ives.
Dolphin is a fantastic 3 bedroom bungalow, all en-suite, enjoying sea views and just 100yds from 3 miles of golden sandy beach & 50 yards from the coast path.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM:
The open plan accommodation is fully equipped, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge has one 3 seater and one 2 seater sofa and an armchair, colour TV, DVD player and hi-fi.
The dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs.
BEDROOM 1
This has a double bed and bedroom furniture, colour TV and en-suite. The en-suite comprises of shower, basin and WC.
There is a travel cot available on request at no extra charge.
BEDROOM 2
This has a double bed and bedroom furniture, colour TV and en-suite. The en-suite comprises of shower, basin and WC.
BEDROOM 3
This is a twin bedded room with bedroom furniture, colour TV and en-suite. The en-suite comprises of shower, basin and WC.
OUTSIDE
Outside there is a decked area with seating and access to the coast path leading to the beach.
There is reserved parking for 2 cars with the local pub and shop close by, the beach is just 100 yards away.
PLEASE NOTE:
Dolphin has electric heating and all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.

DIRECTIONS
From the A30, take the main road through Hayle town centre. Take the road directly opposite the Jet Filling Station past the recreation ground. Remain on this road past the church on the right hand side and the public house called "The Bucket of Blood". After passing the caravan site the road bends sharply round to the left, DO NOT follow that road but take the road directly in front marked "Private Road" and you will see the sea in front of you. Take a right hand turn a few yards down that road and The Penellen awaits you approximately 25 yards on the left hand side.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Hayle (St. Ives Bay) has the most glorious 3 mile stretch of golden sands backed by sand dunes, cliffs and caves - ideal for exploring. Walkers can enjoy the beach walk to Godrevy Lighthouse at low tide, while birdwatchers will be fascinated with the R.S.P.B. Nature Reserve on the Hayle Estuary.
Hayle town has many shops, pubs and restaurants to suit all and is an ideal base to visit many other towns and villages that Cornwall has to offer. Newquay, Penzance and St. Ives are all within easy driving distance.
Less than 2 miles from West Cornwall Golf Course which overlooks the sea.
Bustling St. Ives is a must with its many art galleries, including the Tate overlooking Porthmeor beach. With its cobbled streets and quaint shops it also has many fine restaurants to suit all tastes. St. Ives can also be reached by the coastal train from Lelant which is well worth taking and is said to be one of the most scenic train journeys in Europe.
