Nestled in the heart of the Cornish countryside at Penhallow, near Truro, among 16 acres of apple orchards, lies the Cornish Cyder Farm.
The farm offers friendly and informative guided tours taking you through the ancient process of cyder making. This shows you the press house and bottlery where traditional farm house cyders and Cornish Country fruit wines are produced.
Entry to the site is free (excluding guided tours)and there are free tastings. There are also tractor rides, friendly farm animals, the Mowhay Restaurant, and a farm shop. See how fruit preserves are made in the jam kitchen, then see the collection of cyder-making memorabilia in the museum.
For the first time in Cornwall in more than 300 years see our distillery and cellars where the spirit for the farm's brandy is produced.
The farm is open all year round.
