The Ferryboat Inn dates back 300 years - possibly even longer as the ferry dates back to the 15th century. The Inn is positioned on the north bank of the Helford River, lined by wooded banks and sloping fields. Close by is Frenchman's Creek, the inspiration for the Daphne Du Maurier novel.
The main bar, with its unrivalled view of the river, has the feel of ships and the sea. Its French windows open on to a spacious terrace where food and drink may be enjoyed in the sun. The pub is a popular port of call for sailors worldwide. A ferry runs between the pub and Helford village.

The Rodney Inn was a 16th Century Coaching Inn and is now a traditional style pub with food. We sell all types of beer including real ales, lagers, stouts and ciders. We also have shooters, cocktails and jug for four to share. During the day we cater for all age groups and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings it turns into a lively venue with karaoke/disco on Thursday and Fridays and some weeks we have live music.
