Rachel Lambert, of Wild Food Foraging and Wild Walks South West, has been teaching foraging since 2007. She has a 20-year background in environmental education, and offers walks and courses around the South West – from scheduled seasonal walks to “forage, cook and dine” events, and private foraging forays.
