
Etherington’s, based in Wheal Rose near Scorrier, are a nominated supplier with St Austell Brewery, and the two businesses have now teamed up to launch a trio of tipsy new sausages, in time for national Sausage Week running November 4 to 10.
As a family run business, Etherington’s, pride themselves on producing and supplying high quality meats from locally reared and rare breed animals, supplied throughout Cornwall and on sale within their Farm Shop.
