The exhibition runs until the 27th July.

Celebrating ten years of living and working in Cornwall, Falmouth artists, Mandy Farrar and Allan Brack, open their exhibition ‘Show me the Place’ at Falmouth Poly (24 Church Street) on Tuesday, 21st July, with a vibrant collection of paintings, drawings and prints.

Ethereal seascapes; reflected light; fishing boats; lighthouses; abstracts and magical mermaids combine to show us the place - a place where the inner and outer worlds of recovery and discovery converge, demonstrating Mandy and Allan’s passionate belief that ‘Art Saves Lives’.

Their creative work, and the atmosphere in which it is shown, has been described as truly accessible and genuinely inspiring.

‘Show me the Place’ is also a special homage to legendary poet and singer/songwriter, Leonard Cohen, whose songs and words wonderfully articulate their vision and creative journey together.

Another star of the Show is Blue, the couple’s half Old English Sheep dog, who has a growing following on their Undertow Gallery Facebook page. Along with Mandy and Allan, Blue will be in attendance throughout and will be launching his own range of greetings cards containing his words of affirmation and wisdom.
