Fowey Festival of Words and Music will be back for its 18th year on May 9 to 16.
Organised by the du Maurier Festival Society, the it’s staged in the beautiful riverside town of Fowey, which was home to Daphne du Maurier, Sir Arthur Quiller-Couch and Kenneth Grahame.
This year’s programme includes an exciting schedule of events including talks and interviews with some of the world’s best-selling authors plus creative and practical workshops, exhibitions, presentations, theatre, musical concerts, art and garden trails, guided walks and river cruises.
There will also be a family fun weekend being held at Trenython Manor, encouraging a younger audience and their families to learn together and be inspired by literature, the arts and nature.
