Garden Truro Festival

Truro takes pride in its beautiful parks, gardens and open spaces so to celebrate this, the Garden Truro Festival co-ordinated by Truro City Council and supported by Totally Truro BID, is returning for a third year with more show gardens than ever before from July 30 to August 2.

Throughout the 4 day event there will be a series of covered exhibitors featuring Cornwall Farmers, Trevena Cross Nurseries, Glen Humphries Landscaping, Bissoe Plant Nursery, Tresamble, Yellow Duck Pine, Heavenly Ceramics, Ways In Willow, Burncoose Nurseries, National Trust, M A Griggs, Cornish Hot Tubs, Tresillian Garden Centre, Pentewan Valley Nurseries, Peter Boex and Meadowside Nurseries.

Roger Gazzard, Town Clerk for Truro City Council said: ‘We want to bring the best of the city’s green spaces to Lemon Quay in the heart of Truro for the public to learn more, pick up some expert tips and enjoy what’s on offer.’

The gardening event will take place on Lemon Quay from July 30 to August 2 and will be open from 9.30am to 5pm daily. Visit www.enjoytruro.co.uk/gardentruro for more information.
